The challenging technical renovation of a historical Art Nouveau building.

Intecon was responsible for the project management and supervision of the building and technical renovation in the project. The hotel building is known as a cultural and art-historical Art Nouveau house near the center of Helsinki, with its castle-style section designed by architects Karl Lindahl and Walter Thomé for the building of the Student Union of the University of Technology.
